Job Skills / Requirements

Seeking highly skilled Executive Assistant Human Resources, 40.0 hours per week with full comprehensive benefits package. 

 $17.23 per hour. 

External applications will be reviewed and processed accordingly upon successful receipt.  

This position directly reports to the Human Resources Officer and provides direct services to the HR team.  This position is responsible for performing administrative support for the supervising officer and to relieve the officer of administrative duties for key personnel and others directed.  Provides customer service to internal and external agency customers. 

Essential duties for this position include but not limited to: manage personnel requisition process, provides general clerical and office assistant support to include taking meeting minutes, schedule appointments, prepare correspondence and electronic records/forms, administrator for company performance management system, administrator for employee badge system for security, administrator for in-house CARES/Services Award programs, agency point contact to hire non-employees and trouble shoot some issues in payroll system. 

Must have: high school diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience. Must have responsible administrative experience; experience with data entry, word processing and Excel spreadsheets; experience providing support to management level personnel. Skills test(s) may be administered during the selection process.
