Clinical Services Representatives deliver outstanding customer service for all patients and internal/external customers while providing efficient and effective daily operations of the Public Health Clinic and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) programs.
CSR's perform an array of customer service functions such as, but not limited to: expediting check-in/check-out process by reviewing appointment status to view information regarding appointment and insurance infromation, schedules patient appointments, greets clients, routes clientele, conducts patient/client interviews, determines clients' financial status, completes registration forms, prepares and maintains client health record, collects service fees and processes patient bills, conducts community outreach activities, and makes referrals according to program procedures.
High School graduate (or GED) plus 1 year experience OR High School graduate (or GED) plus 6 months of experience and 6 months in business, medical related field or nutrition/health education.
Required: Business or office experience in a medical, hospital or public health office environment using electronic office equipment and software.
Must have cash handling experience.
