LAB CONNECTOR - Logistics Pandemic Response – Job 2918

Looking to fill this 40.0 hours per week position quickly; candidates will be screened immediately upon successful receipt of application. 

$20.00 per hour

Position is a temporary emergency appointment due to the business demands of COVID-19; this position is budgeted/funded thru the COVID-19 response period.

This position is 40.0 hours per week and does not have the ability to work remote; on-site job with daily travel (must have own transportation/mileage awarded.  Flexibility to work week days and weekend days 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collection of nasal/oral specimens as indicated for testing
  • Processing rapid COVID-19 test kits
  • Reporting results to the appropriate agencies as required by reportable disease regulations
  • Communication with community partners who will serve as satellite testing sites
  • Test inventory management
  • Daily reports to Compliance and Facilities Officer
  • When not performing above duties will assist in logistics duties. This will include At-Home Test scheduling and facilitation, deliveries, other duties as needed

Associates degree in science-related field with minimum 6 months healthcare experience or two years healthcare experience.
