We are hiring for Clinical Services Representative (one bilingual fluency English & Spanish speaking), full-time, 37.5 hours per week; $13.60 per hour with comprehensive benefits package.
Must be fluent in conversational English and Spanish speaking with clients.

Clinical Service Representatives are expected to deliver outstanding customer service for all of our patients and internal/external customers while providing efficient and effective daily operations of the Public Health Clinic and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) programs. If bilingual (English & Spanish speaking) required, incumbent must be able to communicate effectively in a defined non-English language with staff and clients as needed – must be fluent.
High school graduate (or GED) plus 1 year of experience or high school graduate (or GED) plus 6 months of experience and 6 months of education in business, medical related field or nutrition/health education. Must have cash handling experience. Acceptable work experience is business or office experience in a medical, hospital or public health office environment using electronic office equipment and software.
