Job Skills / Requirements

40.0 hours per week; $15.80 per hour with full benefits package.
This position performs building and equipment maintenance and repairs and some grounds maintenance and custodial services as needed. Core business hours as it relates to this position, late night and on-call hours as required; often rotation hours with other facilities staff.

• Performs routine preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the building (including off-site locations).
• Performs routine electrical, plumbing, and HVAC duties.
• Ensures completion of assigned maintenance work orders.
• Performs non-contractual building and grounds-keeping duties, including painting, carpentry, drywall, snow removal and maintaining grounds supplies and equipment.
• Picks up and/or delivers large items to programs within the building and off-site locations.
• Picks up supplies for the maintenance department.
• Assists with conference room set-ups and moving of heavy objects.
• Responds to security issues, custodial issues (clean up, empty restroom dispensers) and performs other custodial duties as required.

High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience. Acceptable experience is in building and equipment maintenance, janitorial services, grounds keeping, or related work. Certification or completion of trade skills training program may substitute for one (1) year of experience. Must have current driver's license.  Occasional driving 1-3 times per week.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.
