Program Overview: Northcutt Residential Treatment Center's services are grounded in the philosophy of Trauma-Informed Care, an evidence-based practice which has demonstrated positive outcomes for victims of trauma. Using a multi-disciplinary team approach, we wrap services around the child and family to help them heal, and to transition back to home, school, and the community.

Job Duties: The Lead Therapist will supervise clinical services provided by therapists and qualified mental health service providers in a residential treatment program for boys between the ages of 6 and 12. In addition, the Lead Therapist will serve as the primary provider of services for a designated caseload of children and their families.




Education: Minimum - Bachelors Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a related field. Preferred - Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a related field.




License Certification: Minimum - LSW or LPC. Preferred - LISW or LPCC
