Pool position (work as needed) will be responsible for the overall implementation of policies, procedures, and the daily activity schedule while providing quality, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions to boys between the ages of 6 and 14.
2nd and 3rd shift positions available.
Caring and empathetic person who understands the high prevalence of traumatic experiences in persons who receive behavioral health services. Knowledge of children who have experienced complex traumas, mental health and substance abuse issues.
This position also requires candidates to pass Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training, which requires individuals to be physically capable of sustained, intense exertion. May not have a physical disability or condition that would prevent one from participating in the physical restraint techniques and exercises (such as dropping repeatedly to knees, supporting another adult's weight, twisting and turning.
High School Diploma or GED
