Eastway is proud to announce that the newly renovated facility on Obetz Road is now home to The Heritage of Hannah Neil, which is the latest addition to our behavioral healthcare services in Franklin County. Our continuum of care has already expanded with services provided in the home, in an outpatient setting, as well as day treatment. The Residential treatment services program is now open as Eastway continues to ensure a strong system of care in Columbus, so that children and families are able to access services that best suit their unique needs.
The LPN is responsible for the provision of professional nursing care to clients of The Heritage of Hannah Neil. The primary focus of the LPN is to assess and evaluate client needs as related to service planning efforts to assure that medical and mental health issues are addressed. In addition, the LPN will follow physician's orders and communicate pertinent information to other team members to ensure client's treatment. Communicates medical concerns and suggestions regarding client's ongoing symptomology, treatment and discharge plan to treatment team. Gives report to up-coming shift.
Saturday & Sunday Available - 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7 am
Minimum Certificate or Associates degree from an accredited nursing school.
Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing in the State of Ohio.
