The Ranch of Opportunity, located in Fayette County, extends Eastway's continuum of services to meet the complex needs of children and adolescents who require a full spectrum of behavioral health services.

The primary responsibility of this position is to work in an adolescent residential treatment center with girls ages 13-18 that have experienced a high prevalence of traumatic events. Will also be responsible for the overall implementation of policies and procedures while providing quality, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions and for the direct sight and sound supervision of the clients while in treatment.
We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift pool (work as need) positions.
Caring and empathetic person who understands the high prevalence of traumatic experiences in persons who receive behavioral health services. Knowledge of adolescents who have experienced complex traumas, mental health and substance abuse issues.
High School Diploma or GED
