Job Skills / Requirements
$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position. Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week, Shift Differentials
Full time positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.’s, ADA/ACCESS program. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community.
Qualified candidates will preferably (but are not required to) hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a valid driver’s license. Computer skills and good written and oral communication skills are a must. Experience is not required but preferred.
M-F 8:00 am- 4:00 pm
