Employment Consultants work to support people with disabilities to obtain meaningful and productive community employment options. Job Responsibilities will include: assisting with career exploration and skill assessment; job readiness; job seeking skills; job development and job placement; job training; and support to facilitate job retention. The desired applicant will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or a desire to support others. A qualified candidate will hold a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and have proven ability to accurately use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; 2 years of competitive employment and or training exposure to related rehabilitation areas preferred; College degree and/or EST certification preferred; and some sales experience preferred. A driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

Education Requirements (Any)

HS diploma or GED, 2 yrs competitive employment, and/or training exposure to related rehabilitation areas. Experience with MR/DD preferred.
