Job Skills / Requirements
Classroom Assistant – New Albany
Responsibilities: To provide recreational, academic and summer social activities for children ages 10-17 with disabilities. To monitor and ensure participants safety, encourage academic/educational growth and follow all Rauch policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in field trips
- Provide personal care assistance with feeding and toileting
- Assist in planning and implementation of teaching strategies
- Ensure a nurturing environment that is client focused
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years’ experience working with children; flexible, friendly personality, interest in working with children. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to pass a local, state and national criminal history check and driver’s check.
Job Type: Temporary Position
- Begins June 10, 2024 and Ends July 26, 2024
- Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Education Requirements (Any)
