Purpose:  Build relationships and processes that allow us to be employee advocates while proactively supporting the success of Zeon.  As a member of the Zeon Human Resources team you will be able to partner with and impact the lives of all employees through employee relations initiatives.  This is a great opportunity to be involved in many areas of Human Resources and advance learning in all areas.



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources OR Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of software systems and the ability to learn and navigate/manage different HR systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


Special Qualifications:  Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills required. Must be able to work in an environment of changing and multiple priorities.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead onboarding and new hire programs for employees, including training, documentation, onboarding schedules with managers, etc.
  • First contact for all HR vendors including medical, testing, verifications, etc.
  • Support of Recruiting Process Outsource to support internal and external needs
  • Subject matter expert for HR systems and administrative lead, data entry, etc.
  • Lead for employee initiatives and engagement activities, recognition, event management, etc.
  • Administer and track survey data and metrics for the HR team
  • Maintenance of organizational charts and HR Sharepoint site as needed
  • Owner of record retention and file management for the HR team.
  • Occasional support of creation of presentations and trainings
  • Data entry admin for HR systems
  • Lead employee award programs such as birthdays, service awards, etc.
  • Manage job description data base, updates, administration, etc.
  • Misc. support of the HR managers and directors and department needs
