Job Skills / Requirements

As a technical and administrative expert in various databases and programs (including Web, HTML, and related), this position provides administrative support and assists the HR department with various HR system functionality, implementation and maintenance, advanced MS Office projects, general administrative duties, training recordkeeping and compliance, website and intranet maintenance/enhancement, and champions the wellness programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs overall human resource related administrative work functions:

Provides administrative support, processes information, and performs ad hoc projects and other administration-related activities as required.
Works within HRIS System to enter new hires, personnel changes, etc.
Communication includes email campaigns, posters, intranet, internal website, and more.
Coordinates HR System (QSI/Halogen) conversion - Learning and Training - and then responsible for administration and maintenance.
Regularly updates and monitors training records and job descriptions, assists with updating HR SOPs/policies and audit training compliance.
Regularly updates content on various HR systems/employee sites; administration and maintenance of basic systems functionality, works with internal and external IT service providers to implement advanced functions.
Provides general support to the HR department by: administering service awards, preparing and mailing out employee birthday cards, ordering office supplies, entering invoices, maintaining internal email groups, overseeing the One Call notification system, preparing new hire binders, filing HR documents, etc.
Produces various confidential reports as necessary for vendors, Human Resources and department managers.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner.
Wellness: Coordinates the communication of information and updates Zeon's wellness activities, including Simply Well, Heuser Clinic, ZeonWell site, and administration of employee reimbursements.

Job Requirements:

- The successful candidate will have the ability to organize work, set priorities, multi-task, and follow through on projects requiring meticulous attention to accuracy and detail; additionally, will have demonstrated success managing multiple projects, competing priorities, frequent interruptions, while balancing the need for quality and meeting deadlines.
- Possess technology skills to fulfill role in migration project administering HR employee Learning and Training system. Capable of taking an active technical role in the migration of employee records.
- Advanced skills and experienced in web technologies and working knowledge of various HRIS Systems and applications, updating and maintaining the HR Website, Sharepoint, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in multi-media communication and the ability to design, develop and implement creative, exciting, and appealing publications, posters, flyers, web and other campaigns that drive employee attention, awareness, and participation.
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, with emphasis on expertise in Excel.
- Ability to learn company-specific software quickly.
- Strong office administrative experience and skills with demonstrated initiative and multi-tasking ability; ability to manage frequent interruptions.

- Ability to think ahead using critical thinking skills, and work productively without direct supervision.

Two to five years' administrative experience and some college required (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred). Emphasis on working knowledge of HR and other system technology,
