To assist visitors and co-workers. Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Skills / Requirements

DUTIES:
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish.
Answer incoming phone calls and greet/direct visitors.
Print and fax packing slips 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday).
Print and distribute invoices and soil tickets (daily).
Maintain a consistent log of lost and found items and return them in a timely manner.
Maintain databases of the following: soil counts (Tuesday-Friday), trip sheets (daily), and ragged out items (daily with a month ending report).
Create invoices for replacement billing.
Be the contact for the vending providers.
Perform other related duties as required and directed by supervisor.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma
