Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, prompt and sincere attention to members, guests, participants and staff.
Provide Healthy Living Initiatives such as Smart Start Trainings, Youth Fitness Fundamentals, Orientations, and other member engagements initiatives.
Responsible for member engagement and follow-up communication.
Ensure facilities are picked up, safe and free from clutter.
Give exceptional tours when necessary – share the features of the YMCA and its offerings
Foster and build strong member relationships
Serve as a role model for policies and guidelines in the wellness center.
Maintain a safe, clean and functional wellness center.
Replenish and maintain appropriate health and safety materials throughout the facility (hand sanitizer, paper towels, soap, disinfectant spray, etc.)

Position Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred minimum Age 21+

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $11/hour
