Job Skills / Requirements
POSITION PREFERENCES & FUNCTIONS:
- Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy & Character Development Values
- Preferred age, 18 and older
- Ability to lead and teach campers in horseback riding
- Help youth develop skills in horseback riding, horse care and barn management
- Possess a willingness to work with youth and have FUN.
- Operate with a “Safety First” mentality
STATUS: Part-time; Non-exempt, Seasonal
STARTING SALARY: $280+/week

This job reports to the Senior Program Director
This is a Temporary / Seasonal position Sunday – Saturday, 24 HOURS OFF, daily hourly breaks, housing and meals provided .
